Who I am?
I am a passionate and experienced software product and business professional with a strong sense for entrepreneurship, innovation and transformation. By bridging business strategy and technology expertise, I love to turn ideas into successful solutions. Thereby, my unique background provides me always the ability to translate between different functions, cultures and hierachies with the right tone and empathy.
With more then 15 years of experience in developing and managing new products within the software and embedded systems industry, I am a strong evalgelist of lean-agile and customer-centric ways of working. Leading teams and transforming organizations within complex and volatile environments while creating supporting partnerships inside and outside the organization has always been an integrated part of these ambitions. I love beeing part of something bigger, something substainable, together with inspiring leaders and motivated teams. That’s what makes this job most exciting!
